Alternative Dispute Resolution: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the process of resolving legal conflicts without going to trial. Our attorneys have substantial training and experience in arbitration, mediation, mini-trials and private judging services. We help clients in determine when ADR is in their best interests and will meet their needs better than traditional litigation, and provide counsel on the legal consequences flowing from each ADR option.
